Communication
We communicate. It's comforting to know exactly how the work is progressing on your home. Within twenty-four hours of selecting us, one of our Managers will call you and answer any questions you might have. You will be given his office and cellular numbers so you can reach him day or night. Prior to working on your home, you'll be called by one of our Scheduling Coordinators who will confirm where the building materials should be delivered and when work will commence. He will be your contact person if you have questions regarding scheduling. After we've completed work on your home, we'll call to make certain you're completely satisfied.
