Communication
Good communication is absolutely essential to the success of a project.
Due to the complexities of the insurance restoration process, often times
it actually takes longer for the claim to be settled than to repair or replace
the damage. Good communication with the homeowner is critical
when dealing with the insurance company to make sure they pay for everything
that has been damaged. It is virtually impossible to accurately inform a homeowner of how things are progressing with the claim and what to expect without excellent communication. This is vastly different than just hiring a contractor to replace your roof. Within twenty-four hours of selecting us, one of our Managers
will call you and answer any questions you might have. You will be given
his office and cellular numbers so you can reach him day or night. Once the claim has been settled you'll be called by one of our Scheduling Coordinators
who will confirm where the building materials should be delivered and when
work will commence. He will be your contact person if you have questions
regarding scheduling. After we've completed work on your home we'll call
to make certain you're completely satisfied.
