Communication
Good communication is absolutely essential to the success of a project. Due to the complexities of the insurance restoration process, often times it actually takes longer for the claim to be settled than to repair or replace the damage. Good communication with the homeowner is critical when dealing with the insurance company to make sure they pay for everything that has been damaged. It is virtually impossible to accurately inform a homeowner of how things are progressing with the claim and what to expect without excellent communication.
