Our Philosophy
We treat every job as if it's the most important project we have ever undertaken. Our success depends on your satisfaction. We're respectful of your time and sensitive to your wants and needs.

Communication
Good communication is absolutely essential to the success of a project. Replacing a roof, siding, gutters or windows always presents a logistical challenge. Issues need to be addressed and questions must be answered. When we are working with a Property Manager or Homeowners Association, it is virtually impossible to accurately inform the residents of how things are evolving and what to expect without excellent communication. Consequently, prior to construction a team consisting of the General Manager, Production Manager, Project Manager and Field Supervisor is in constant contact to make sure we have a valid plan that works for everyone. Once construction is underway, at least one Project Manager will be at the job site every day to make sure everything is being done according to building code, that the jobsite is clean at the end of each day and that everyone is happy with our workmanship. Also, he is there to deal with day-to-day activity and communication on a daily basis how things are progressing.

Every person working at American Building Contractors realizes the importance of good communication. The insurance restoration process is much more complicated than the construction process. We understand that it is imperative that you be kept “In-The-Loop” not “In-The-Dark”.

Training
We use trained, professional, career-oriented people. Every Sales Manager, Production Manager, Field Supervisor and Project Manager has successfully completed company sponsored training seminars and regularly attends continuing education classes. Furthermore, we provide a retirement plan, health and dental insurance and other benefits. We employ people who are interested in a career, not just a job. In addition to years of experience, our team is trained and certified by the manufacturers for every material they install.
