Communication
Good communication is absolutely essential to the success of a project.
Due to the complexities of the insurance restoration process, often times
it actually takes longer for the claim to be settled than to repair or replace
the damage. Good communication with a Property Owner or Manager is critical
when dealing with the insurance company to make sure they pay for everything
that has been damaged. When we are working with a Homeowners Association,
it is virtually impossible to accurately inform the residents of how things
are evolving and what to expect without excellent communication. Consequently,
prior to construction a team consisting of the General Manager, Production
Manager, Project Manager and Field Supervisor is in constant contact to
make sure all issues are addressed and all questions are answered. Once
construction is underway, at least one Project Manager will be at the job
site everyday to make sure everything is being done according to building
code, that the job site is clean at the end of each workday and that everyone
is happy with our workmanship. Also, he is there to deal with the day to
day activity and communicate on a daily basis how things are progressing.
